I'm Azad Balushi, a Digital Transformation Specialist with over 20 years of experience shaping communication and collaboration solutions. I specialize in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and employee experience — turning technology into human-centric, measurable outcomes.

I have built my career where business, communication and technology meet. I help large organizations shape the platforms and habits that determine how people work and stay connected.
At SABIC, I led platform strategy and workplace solutions that brought more than 1,200 people across 16 departments into new ways of working. My goal is always the same: make technology easy to use, and show its value in business terms.
My work spans enterprise communications, knowledge management, Power Platform, UI/UX and multimedia production. I enjoy aligning executives and cross-functional teams behind change, and I am now exploring how generative AI can shape the next generation of workplace experience.
